Positive: - very spacious rooms - comfy beds - good water pressure in shower - resort has everything you need
Negative: A few suggestions for management but nothing major: 1. Underfloor heating is great but does not need to be on so high at night. Our whole group (3 rooms, different floors) had to sleep with the windows open else the room was hot and stuffy. It just seems like wasted energy bills for you. 2. The breakfast is reasonable but for 250/night I would expect a bit more e.g. offering freshly made egg dishes 3. It’s fantastic to get spa access with the room but I think a robe in addition to the sauna towel would be a nice touch. Perhaps even washable/reusable slippers 4. The spa area needs to be manned - the swimming pool/hydro pool area is chaos. There were lots of kids and I saw at least 3 children slip and fall on water around the pool and I was only there for 20 mins. In general there needs to be some sort of mats/ water management because the floors throughout the spa are just covered in pools of water and it makes it dangerous and anything but relaxing.
Summary: Beautiful views, great location, comfy beds, spacious rooms. Spa area needs a rethink.
